Things to Do in and Around Padstow in September and October 2019

As we say goodbye to the summer months and the nights draw in, you might think that Padstow and the surrounding area goes quiet. Far from it. We love it down here in the autumn months as the mood changes, the restaurants get a little quieter, and a little peace returns to the busy town and surrounding coastal areas.

But there’s still plenty of fun things to do! Staying in Padstow in September and October is actually favoured by many, especially those without school-age children who have more flexibility with when they take a break.

Thinking of coming to Padstow in September and October? Here’s what’s on…

The International Mining and Pasty Festival – 7th September 2019

Fancy seeing a HUGE pasty created by local people with local ingredients? That’s exactly how this event starts. It’s then sent to local Prima bakeries and then eaten at the minors statue at 4pm.

There’s high-quality Cornish food and drink as well as craft stalls throughout Fore Street, Market Strand and Market Hall on Saturday 7th September 2019 from 10am – 5pm.
